The Preserve at Beckett Ridge Apartments & Townhomes

I have been at The Preserve of Beckett Ridge for some time now and I have to say I love it. It's peaceful here with respectful neighbors. I have not had any concerns or problems with the staff. Kayla Carpenter has just been awesome. She is the light of the management team. Always willing to assist and very kind. Whatever I need the entire staff is ready to assist. I can not give enough kudos to this property.

It’s very nice place to live. The staff is very nice especially Kayla. She will always find a solution to your problem. The work orders are done immediately. I just love to live here.

Big ups to Timmy! He responds to maintenance requests promptly and is always courteous and pleasant to work with. He’s willing to tackle any issue I have, and he even comes through during after-hours emergencies. I really appreciate his professionalism and reliability.

I applied to this community about a month ago, and I still haven’t received any response. When I first applied, I was told I would get an update within 48 hours. After waiting several days, I called to follow up — the person who answered was very rude, completely different from how friendly she was when I first visited. She said she would call me back, but I never heard anything. I ended up waiting almost two weeks with no clear answer, feeling like an idiot for trusting their word. On top of that, the area itself isn’t well maintained. There are a lot of mosquitoes, and when there’s no water in the lake, it smells terrible. If they can’t even keep their promises or manage the property properly during the application process, I can only imagine how they treat residents once you move in.

I had 2 service requests and Timmy & Jay were amazing. They were very professional, had great communication and did their job thoroughly. I am very happy to be here at The Preserve and very proud to call it home.
