The Preserve Apartments

Water is always off never working for hours at a time it’s completely ridiculous but rent is expected to be paid on time & is extremely high! The water/plumbing issue is so annoying happens too frequently when water is the most important source of the household. I would not recommend moving here.

I have been a resident at The Preserve for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The management team, led by Ms Jobeth, has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for the residents. The maintenance team has been very responsive. Every time I had a maintenance request, it was addressed promptly and effectively. Communication is another strong point. We receive regular updates about upcoming maintenance, community events, and any other relevant information. The office staff is always friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries.

I love the actually apartments the price is a bit absurd for the side of town and the quality. You have to keep calling and sending in request to get things fixed in your apartment. I had a bug problem and I was given the run around about getting it fixed. I have flooring coming up in my living room and now my bathroom I’m sure I will have to fix myself. Whom ever is cutting the grass only cuts the front so I have over grown weeds on my back patio where my kids play. You are responsible for ALL BILLS here including paying your personal insurance and insurance for the apartment’s.

roaches everywhere, rats live here too, we found a dead one when we had to get a new fridge bc the sucked here. bathroom leaks they’d said they took care of it but it is still leaking. no lights in living room, broken back porch haven’t even fixed our carpet in the closet just left it there when they took the carpet out.we asked for a new apartment haven’t got one yet or our reserved parking.

My friend lives there and she been having issues with aggressive dogs being loose and nothing getting done about them. She got attacked twice since 2025 started. The dogs are still there. She has been looking for a new place. She can't even let her 2 little kids go outside without someone watching.
