The Preakness Apartments

Roaches and pests are a massive problem, and there are stray cats around, some of which carry feline AIDS. The neighborhood itself is rough, which can make the area feel unsafe at times. Management is generally solid, but they can come off a bit condescending if you bring up issues. Overall, it’s affordable and might work if price is your top priority, but if you’re looking for comfort and peace of mind, it may not be the best fit.

Best place to live. I came as new Comer and found this place. The Manager helped me lot to get it, other stuffs also very kind & helpful. Good environment.

Nice place cleaning on top notch maintenance team excellent specially Tony what a man always solve problem in seconds Jennifer manager at location she is really good person too just only concern I have with this community about trash fees I feel like it's too much fees almost < $30 I will love to hear from management they can consider on this issue and minimize the fees. I have enjoyed my time here at Preakness Apartments, my gated apartment home. Apartment Manager Jennifer has been wonderful, very friendly, accommodating, and responsive to any needs or issues. Ruth, her assistant is very professional and very helpful, as well. The maintenance team, led by Tony is very responsive to any needs. Tony's crew, Harry and Edger do a great job keeping the apartments in great shape. I just renewed my lease . I look forward to another comfortable year, here at Preakness. The location is great, right off 45. The freeway is accessible in a couple of minutes. There is a washateria and gym onsite which all add up to great convenience.

I've been here almost 4 months now and I really love it. The staff, including maintenance are all friendly and love to engage with residents. It's clean here. Move in process didn't take long either, considering it was during the holiday time. I would definitely refer others here. I guarantee they'll love it like myself and my Mom
