Both Ahmet and Marieme exemplify true professionalism. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and consistently go above and beyond for their residents. During my time at RiverHouse, they were always responsive, respectful, and made every interaction seamless — from move-in to move-out. This is a reflection of kindness toward them, not a legitimate review of the facilities. I am severely disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and responsiveness of the team here at th Potomac. There is visible decay around the building, including stained hallway carpets, leaking ceilings, and paint/pieces peeling off of hallway walls. The common area laundry room is functionally unmonitored, and many of the machines are broken, inoperable, or so dirty they should not be used. At the time of writing, one broken washer has been left with standing water for more than two months, and another is jammed with pillow stuffing. My uni

I had a tour two days ago and I really liked it :) My expectations were low but this place is great!!!! My biggest priorities were location, price and of course the apartment unit and Riverhouse exceeded them all. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the amenities are. The leasing agent, Ahmed was very helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly and although I normally dont leave reviews but he really went above and beyond. Our tour took a little longer but he was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. You r really great at what you do. Thank you Ahmed!

Living at the River House in Potomac has been a cool experience, significantly enhanced by the outstanding service of Marieme Sene. With their facilities and strategic locations, the River House stands out, especially for its proximity to essential amenities like the metro station and Costco. My home view is one of the reason why I stay here. I see sunrise and sunset amazingly. Also, I love each season here, but summer is my favorite, offering the chance to make the most of the swimming pool and enjoy quality time with friends in this idyllic setting. For the services, Marieme's consistent availability and responsiveness have been particularly impressive.
