The Porter

I’ve been sub-leasing at The Porter for about three months now, and my experience has been very pleasing so far. The community is well maintained, welcoming, and comfortable, which made settling in easy from day one. One thing I truly appreciate is the tenant engagement. The Porter hosts monthly movie and entertainment activities, which is a great way to connect with neighbors and feel like part of a real community—not just a place to live. That effort goes a long way and shows they care about resident experience. Overall, it’s been a positive and enjoyable place to call home, and I’m glad I chose The Porter.

I have friends that live at the porter.Apartment buildings on meeting street on main street and they absolutely love it. the life size chess game is super cute.Not to mention entertaining, not to mention functional. The decor in sight is magnificent. the proximity to our favorite coffee shop which is blum coffee and wine bar, write down.Meeting street is just phenomenal especially at night for their wine bar and their monthly fun events. The maintenance system they have in place is superb. and the business we're in, In the business we're in we know about the best apartment buildings in downtown, especially meeting street.And this is definitely one that tops the list. Close proximity to shops as well and restaurants. The Porter 10 out of 10

I’ve had such a great experience with the leasing office at The Porter, especially working with Katie. From the very beginning, she’s been professional, attentive, and welcoming—always making sure my questions were answered clearly and quickly. Katie goes above and beyond to make the leasing process feel seamless and stress-free, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about both current and prospective residents. The level of hospitality she provides really sets this community apart, and it gave me a lot of confidence in choosing this apartment.

This complex deserves more bad ratings because they had the audacity to tow an essential worker's car that was delivering food for one of their tenants while he had his hazard lights ON and was parked for LESS than ten minutes while providing NO parking for our Uber and Lyft drivers. He had to pay 211 dollars to get his car back when he was just trying to work and be of service to people.

My dog and I have enjoyed our time here so far. Katie in the office is so sweet and always makes herself available to residents should you need anything. Matt from the maintenance team has been awesome to work with and has done good and prompt work in my apartment when needed!
