Our new maintenance tech, Dwain, recently completed a complex project in my apartment. He was extremely professional and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself ands left no evidence that he had been there. Great job!

I came for a tour, not sure of the shorter lady’s name but she was rude to me and everyone else who tried to speak with her while i was there. In the apartment I turned on the kitchen sink and she proceeded to say “oh.. you wanted a full tour” and super quickly opened every drawer, cabinet, and appliance in the kitchen. At that point i was so uncomfortable and wished the tour was just self guided. I also overheard her speaking about 5ish tenants who had bugs in their apartments. The price is good, but I’m assuming that it has to be to get people to rent out. I was also told I’d be getting an email about more info and application but never did. Just based on the employees and issues i will not be coming back.

I gave my experience a 1 because zero wasn’t an option. I applied to these apartments last week. Paid $50 application fee and $100 administrative fee. I had to keep calling to find out where we were with the application. Patti the office worker says “your application was denial”. She said I should’ve gotten an email describing why. I never got that email so I checked the accuracy of my email address and she said she will “try” to send it to me again. Still no email. If they charge a $100 administration fee…shouldn’t some of that money cover a written response for me so that I know what problems they encountered. They simply took my money and who knows if the application was ever processed. Think long and hard about turning over your hard earned money…so that they can pad their own pockets.

My fiancé and I want to give The Pops a huge thank you and a very well deserved 5 stars. We recently moved out-of-state from Florida, and let me just say, this place is so perfect. I don't really know where to start, honestly - this is the only apartment complex I have ever lived in or toured that actually looks like the pictures on their website! I'm serious, it's very clean, the paint on the walls and everything is SO well done (no 'caked on' / 'landlord special' paint jobs!), carpet is spotless and soft, there's gray vinyl laminate in our kitchen and bathroom, and is in perfect condition (no cracking/stains/peeling/etc.), all appliances work perfectly and were clean when we moved in. Also, there's in-unit laundry (stackable washer/dryer), works perfectly and was clean (no mildew lurking

I recently toured this community, when first arrived Dyana was very warm and welcoming. She answered my questions and was very open and honest about everything. She helped me choose between a first and second floor, when I wasn’t originally concerned with location of the unit. When applying, I had issues on my end getting the information saved. I was able to stop into the office and Dyana was once again friendly, understanding, and patient while we worked through the application together. I was able to successfully apply, and am very thankful and appreciative of the support given. I had toured many other apartment communities, and The Pops was by far the best experience I had. I highly recommend stopping by for a tour/information to anyone who is looking for a new home!
