Kelsi is AMAZING!! from the very first time I spoke to her on the phone to actually meeting her she was phenomenal. She patiently showed me several apartments. she wanted to make sure that we found the perfect one and she was very successful!! The very last apartment she showed she, said she felt like it was the one for me and boy was she right because that’s the exact apartment that I got. when Kelsi wasn’t around Andrea was a big help and super friendly as well. So shout out to both of those ladies because I love my new apartment.

Andrea was SO helpful in the applying and signing the lease process. She was so kind, answered all of my questions and then some, and was even able to accommodate me not being able to view the apartment in person. She made the process incredibly easy!

Applying, signing the lease, and securing a move in day was a breeze thanks to Andrea! She was soooo incredibly helpful with all the questions I had and made sure my needs were met when choosing a floor plan. She was patient, helpful and kind through out everything.

We’ve been living here for a while, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing — every time we’ve had an issue, they’ve fixed it patiently and quickly. The management and office staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Living here has truly felt comfortable and enjoyable, and the beautiful surroundings make it even better. I’m very grateful to the entire team for making this place feel like home. Highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a little over a year now. As for our apartment itself, it’s fine no complaints. However the surrounding area is problematic. Amazon delivers our packages to the front door (despite explicit delivery instructions) instead of the Polos package room. Because of this, our packages have been both stolen and ripped into by people in the area. Additionally, my boyfriend’s car was keyed last week along the ENTIRE drivers side door. We keep to ourselves and cause no issues, yet we now have to face the consequences of what others did. I would definitely keep this in mind when signing a lease here - your belongings are not safe. We’re now buying security cameras and dash cams for an apartment we’re RENTING. Unbelievable what people can get away with when
