The Pointe - Hilliard

- I moved in at the beginning of 2024 and told them THE DAY I MOVED IN that the lock on my door didn't work. They told me it was fine. To this day they still haven't fixed it after about a dozen times at the front office. NO ONE contacted me when my neighbors received new locks. I had to purchase my own lock. - Ceiling was leaking water, it has never been fixed - Washer was leaking water, dryer door broken- never addressed - Air filters haven't been changed - Animals are in the gym area after hours Horrible experience for what I pay in rent!

I’m relocating to Hilliard for work soon and recently toured The Pointe Hilliard Apartments. The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Arianna and her team were very warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community, which made the entire experience seamless. The amenities are thoughtfully designed, the location is convenient, and the apartments themselves are modern and spacious. This is definitely one of the nicest communities I’ve seen in the area, and I’m strongly considering making The Pointe my new home. Highly recommend!

As someone who toured the apartment complex, I was really impressed. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the overall layout feels comfortable and inviting. The office team was amazing very professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the tour. Their great personalities made the experience even better. This community definitely left a great impression, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I’ve lived here almost 2 years, maintenance has been amazing & the new management has been very accommodating, thorough and quick to resolve issues. Andi in the office is always a pleasure to speak with, she’s consistent with following up & also just making sure we feel heard. The pointe has been great to me and my boyfriend. We love it here!

The Pointe has been home for five years, and we're sad to have experienced a general decline of the property. We were solicited for a survey for our experience by the parent company, and after filling it out explaining some recent issues (see some examples below), we received a rather hostile phone call from management saying our concerns were not real. Don't make the mistake of filling out surveys that the parent company sends you. At some point, management threatened to fine everyone in the complex $25 if any individual placed trash in the recycling dumpster. My questions about this went unanswered, and it was obviously unenforced because it's illegal. At one point, we left town for 2 weeks to see a relative in hospice.
