In December, I reviewed my electric bill and discovered an increase in my usage, from 600 kwh to an increase of 1600 kwh. I notified the leasing agent at the time and she claimed to communicate with the maintenance, which took a month for them to respond to my concern. They claimed to have checked all of my appliances... then I came home to my kitchen flooded. I put a work order in and all they did was run my dishwasher, not resolving the issue. Building are filled with mold and rotten wood. Maintenance only will do quick fix but never fix the problem. Friendly yes but why cut Corners on your own property? And rent is far to expensive for what it is... a friend of mine took this photo and they pay over 1k for less than what one would get with section 8. Is this legal?

I’ve lived here for 8 years and since we’ve had this current management called ml property group things have been a nightmare between the ceiling leak to roaches first we had a ceiling leak that we called about for 6 MONTHS! Nothing ever got done the regional manager came after 6 months of it leaking and told us he didn’t know when they would be able to fix it so finally we called the city of Burlington and they came in and told them they had 30 days to fix it so that’s the only reason that ever got fixed now we are having ROACHES and not water bug roaches GERMAN ROACHES the ones that infest places and we are infested I’ve lived here never ever had roaches and now all of the sudden we have them bad not sure if someone moved into this building and brought them or what but it’s bad the bug m
