I’ve had a truly wonderful experience living at The Pointe at Brodie Creek! The leasing agent, Trae, has been absolutely awesome. Whenever I need anything, he's super attentive. And the assistant manager, India, is just as wonderful! Plus, the maintenance team deserves a big shout-out. They're incredibly hands-on with all of us residents, and they always follow through and get back to you quickly. The customer service here is really top-notch, and it feels great to live somewhere where they truly care.

Please read and trust the negative reviews. Simply put this place sucks… Paper thin walls, clueless front end management, janky residents outweigh the good ones for sure. Seemed like a nice place at first with good amenities but I promise you will wish you chose somewhere else to live. The maintenance team while I was there was great and want to give them a shoutout, they were the only good part about the place, which is so sad.

I originally removed my negative review after the district manager became involved and worked to address my initial concerns. I wanted to give this community a fair chance. Unfortunately, the ongoing behavior from the Community Director and Assistant Community Director has shown a continued lack of professionalism, care, and basic courtesy toward residents. The list of issues is long—far too extensive to detail fully here—but the pattern is consistent. A neighbor recently shared that just hours before his scheduled move-in, after renting a U-Haul and taking time off work with friends to help, he was told he could not move in because the apartment had not been cleaned.
