The Pointe at Vista Ridge Apartments

I have truly had one of the best experiences living at Point Vista Ridge Apartments. I moved in September 2024, and since then, everything has been smooth and stress-free. I haven’t experienced any major issues, and any maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled very quickly and efficiently. The leasing agents have been exceptional professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. They respond very quickly to emails and phone calls, and they are always helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Their level of communication and customer service really sets this community apart. I would highly recommend Point Vista Ridge Apartments to friends and family looking for a great place to live. It has truly been a wonderful experience so far!

I have lived in this apartment complex for over a decade, and it has truly been an exceptional experience. The location, the condition of the apartment units, the security, and above all, the service are all top-notch. Michael, the property manager, sets the standard for excellence. His hands on approach and commitment make living here a truly stress free experience. What impressed me most were the security and service standards. In all these years, we never had a single stolen item from our patio or a missing package, even during extended trips abroad. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Kelsee was extremely thorough throughout the entire process — she answered every question, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all the details. Kelsey H. was a spectacular leasing agent who assisted me GENUINELY even though I came in late. As we toured the neighborhood she knew tenants by name and waved and smiled at them.
