The Pointe at Pickett Farm

Well I only been here a year in June I must say they are great the crazy part I’m getting evicted due to unpaid rent welll yall know life is hard right now I fell short due to my kids getting shot I miss court I tried to do my best I can say is it took them a long time to put me out which is tomorrow which I could give what I owe but times hard and I understand they have a family to feed too. But again they are very nice place and even tho I messed up they still tried to give me a change. Which it was a better situation but I do what to say think you to the owner of this place

The property was brand new and still being built when I moved in so I was the first tenant to stay in my unit. The units are very nice, large bathroom which is always a plus:) and came with all appliances. This was my first apartment ever and I lived alone. I moved in May of 2015 and moved out last week. Management has changed since then and I definitely noticed a positive change in service with that change. I ended up losing my job that same year, still working part time jobs to pay my bills but I was often late with my rent. The property managers could've evicted me but they never did and continued to work with me until I was able to secure another full time job. My mom had to live with me for some time also and they were understanding and did not give me a hard time. Maintenance was alw

I been out here over a year and no complaints here. I been in plenty areas and this has been by far the best professional, clean and well keep apartment complex.maintenance is present and respond well when needed. Nice staff in the office.Again no complaints from me 2025—-

I have lived here since feb 2023 so not that long at all. Throughout my time I’ve had some poor experiences with my money along with the professionalism held within management at the leasing office. However there’s recently been a change with the staff in the leasing office and they’ve been helping many of us fix the problems from the last management. I appreciate their attitude and hospitality, along with the help they’re providing specially Ms. Tamekia and Serra

The thing I love about living here is the Maintenance staff is amazing I dont know who here before. The one thing I love about living here it is very clean. The Maintenance team and cleaning staff is very nice and Professional. When it comes to work orders they are on point with it... I dont have to wait days and months to get things fix. The Maintenance Supervisor Mike Jones is Great Asset to the company and he has pick a Great Crew to be on his team.. They have a amazing teamwork.. Thanks again for all the hard work you do everyday... One more thing Supervisor have Awesome customer service skills if I Need something done and if a part not in they will let know and Communicate with you... I will recommend people to move out here because of the maintenance and clean
