The Pointe at Merritt Street

I had an excellent experience with Above All Air at the Point of Merritt Street Apartments. The technicians were professional, respectful, and very kid-friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and explained exactly what I needed to do after they finished. They also cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Everything was done in a timely manner with no shortcuts. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC service. Thank you for such a great experience!

I would like to recognize Will and his partner from the maintenance team for their outstanding service. They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to address the issue in my home. They took the time to ensure everything was properly handled and left the area in great condition. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent work.

Me and my mom has been here since these apartments open and it’s been one heck of rollercoaster. It came to the point were I was ready to leave. We just got new maintenance guys a they are amazing . They come out within 24-48 hours and actually fixed everything right instead of patching stuff up to get by. William is amazing & the other guy is amazing as well . I’m loving the turn around , keep it up.

Maintenance has seen great improvement. New maintenance team has been amazing and so quick with resolving all of my issues, especially William and Sean. They’ve upgraded my apartment. The leasing office is always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for families.

I'm very happy with William on the maintenance team! He has honored his word and provide great work ethic and fix all our issues. It's been a long while since we had a great maintenance team. The garbage is clean now at the compactor. It used to be bad with trash everywhere. He's doing great work
