The Pointe at Clearwater

I wanted to come on here and leave a review for Alex Del Gordo who’s a phenomenal leasing agent. I’ve toured about 17 apartments in the last week and although other leasing agents were mostly knowledgeable and friendly, Alex was by far top-tier. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very welcoming, the best conversationalist, well groomed, and overall, highly professional. His very presence made the property seem luxurious. I don’t know how much he’s making, but nevertheless, he needs a raise.

I was looking for two apartments at once for my mom and myself . We toured with Alex which was wonderful but after that pointe , we had no communication . We played phone tag for days , every time i called it’s always automated system and I get random texts from them like it’s from a person but again it’s an automated system . We decided to pass on the pointe . If I can’t get a hold of you before you get our business , it will probably be worse after we sign . They need to step up their communication .

Positives: I appreciate how nice Alex has been from the beginning when we toured with him. Negatives: Our apartment was not painted or cleaned before we moved in; was disgusting. I have emailed the office several times, but never received an acknowledgment. I have called many times and “spoke with” the AI. I have left many voicemails, none of which were returned. My roommate moved in on March 7, 2025 but I didn’t move in until March 20th. I first reported my toilet tank would not fill on March 16th. Maintenance came in while I was working and told my roommate that I don’t know how to flush the toilet!!!! I was so offended I didn’t want them in my apt again so I used a bucket to fill the tank after every flush for months. I submitted another request on May 23rd. It took them a mon

I had the great privilege and good fortune of being assisted by Alex, the leasing agent, whose honesty, clarity, and thorough explanation of every detail about the apartment I came to see truly stood out. Thank you very much, Alex, for your honesty and knowledge.

My roommate and I have been looking at new apartments, when asking for a tour, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Izzy, toured us around the property, he was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and walking us through the different floor plans and options. It was a really good experience and we will definitely be applying in January for our next lease.
