Felicia is awesome. She turned my wallet back to me when I left it near the dumpster area while cleaning out my apartment and car. I can be clumsy and a worker turned it in immediately as he noticed it. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The staff always fill my requests if I just ask them while they are working btw!* tip** 5 stars!
I WISH I COULD PUT ZERO!! I would strongly caution anyone considering Pointe at Canyon Ridge to document everything and be very careful dealing with management. Throughout my tenancy, the washer and dryer never worked properly, despite numerous maintenance requests. The issue was never fully resolved. There was also a major spider infestation inside the unit, which was reported multiple times but ignored. In addition, there were serious maintenance issues, including water leaks and electrical problems, that were delayed or not addressed at all. A significant issue involved Amanda, who represented herself as having the authority to set up and manage utilities on my behalf. Based on those representations, utilities were set up incorrectly, which caused major billing errors and conflicts w
I’ve lived here for over a year now, and while no apartment complex is perfect, this place truly feels like home! The staff has always been friendly and understanding, especially when issues arise beyond their control. When I had a mold issue, they took it seriously and handled it immediately. They conduct frequent inspections and consistently check all amenities to ensure everything is in good shape. I feel safe and happy in my little corner, and I’m so grateful for this experience in my first apartment!
As a connoisseur of spaces and experiences, I approach each new residence with the highest of expectations and the sternest of standards. Yet, upon entering The Point at Canyon Ridge, I found myself pleasantly disarmed. The apartments are not merely functional—they are refined. The layouts are thoughtful, the finishes deliberate, and the light that spills through the windows evokes a rare sense of calm and comfort. Beyond the walls of each unit, the community itself is a study in balance: verdant green spaces, serene walking paths, and quiet corners that invite reflection or conversation. Equally impressive is the staff. In every interaction, they demonstrate attentiveness, professionalism, and a genuine care for the residents’ experience. This is not mere service; it is stewardship. My experience at Pointe at Canyon Ridge Apartments has been unacceptable from the very start. After I paid my deposit and was scheduled to move into my original unit, management rented that apartment to someone else. This forced me to spend approximately $3,000 on hotel stays while waiting for housing. I was then placed in a different unit that did not include the amenities I originally leased. The unit was not properly cleaned and was infested with roaches and spiders. I suffered over twenty spider bites due to these conditions. To make matters worse, the water heater in the unit above mine burst twice, flooding my apartment both times. Now my own water heater has been out for two days, leaving me without hot water. As of today, I have received no communication from management regardin
