I’ve had such a great experience Touring at The Point at Ben White! From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and truly attentive to my needs. Arleen in the office is always so kind and helpful—she makes the whole process smooth, whether it’s answering questions, helping with paperwork, or just greeting you with a smile when you walk in. Jorge, the maintenance guy, is absolutely amazing. Anytime He’s hardworking, friendly, and clearly cares about keeping the property in great shape. Overall, the combination of excellent office staff and reliable maintenance makes looking for an apartment stress-free. I highly recommend The Point at Ben White—it really feels like home!

Because of Jorge, our complex feels like a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to call home. His presence makes a noticeable difference, and it’s clear that he truly cares about both the property and the people who live here. We’re lucky to have him.

Disappointing Decline in Quality When my friend first moved into this apartment complex, it was brand new and seemed promising. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then. Management is constantly changing, which has led to a lack of consistency in how things are run. Parking is a nightmare—you can never find a spot, and several of my friends have had their cars towed, regardless of the time of day. In one particularly frustrating incident, a woman I knew had her U-Haul wrongfully towed while she was moving in, although she was eventually reimbursed it was a bad experience for her. The complex has also become chaotic, with animals running around without leashes and people working on their cars in the parking lot. Jorge is such an outstanding guy! Super respectful, reliable, and knows his craft inside and out. He always does an amazing job and you can count on him every time.
