The Point Townhouse Community

Been living at this location since 2019. We were living at their other location at the village of Lambert green prior since 2017. After having numerous issues with our psychotic neighbor that lived underneath us. The property manager suggested we move over here instead. We loved it ever since. Enid and Sandra have been absolutely fantastic since we first moved here. Our water heater started leaking and they had someone out there the next day to come and fix it. Would highly recommend

Paided extra to have our dog but they refused to use pet friendly chemicals when salting for snow, left our dog’s paws blistered and bleeding. Took weeks to remove snow and ice anyway. Charged us over $400 dollars to clean our already clean apartment upon moveout. Also, the entire year we lived there the security gates were never operational so don't be fooled they’re just for looks. I have had much better experiences renting houses in the area, would not recommend.

Living here has been disappointing to say the least, you are better off renting an off campus house and saving some money. They advertise as pet friendly, yet they do not use pet friendly materials to treat the grounds. Caught them using calcium chloride salt for snow preparation which is known to be harmful to pets, and they basically disregarded my concern when I presented them with the issue. Who knows what other corners they are cutting, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Security gates still non existent, which they falsely advertised to us...

I have been living here for the past 2 years and I must say I love it here. Enid and Sandra are amazing and extremely friendly. Best place to live ever !!!!!
