The Point On Lane

This is an amazing place to live. My view cannot get any better. Not sure why there is a lot of negative comments. The staff is also so kind and willing to help if there is ever a problem

The apartments are in an excellent location and the staff are always helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend leasing an apartment here if you would like to be close to campus while having a great living space with a nice view.

The Point on Lane is a great place to call home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is amazing and within walking distance to basically everything on OSU campus and is on the bus line if you need to commute. The staff here is wonderful and always available for help and repairs. Security is also second to none. Highly recommend.

We'll start with the good. There isn't much. First off, you are close to campus. Also the apartments look nice. The bedrooms are very small because not only are they poorly laid out, many units were changed recently to add more bedrooms. In some cases they converted a living room into another bedroom, leaving the 'living area' with no windows. Oh and none of the windows open. At all. You are paying too much for an apartment if you live here. They are completely overpriced. The balconies are nice but poorly maintained, almost never cleaned. The 7th floor balcony used to have a few benches to sit on. They were destroyed and never replaced so there is currently no seating on the 7th floor balcony. There is almost never anyone in the building to talk to about anything. There is no real lobby

Beautiful view of the horseshow and very close to campus. (I am on the side that faces the hockey arena and football stadium). Easy process as far as leasing and getting keys. So far, so good! Apparently they are under new management since July.
