The Point at West Chester

After 3 years, my wife and I have decided to move on from The Point, but we absolutely loved living here. The management is very attentive, helpful, and kind and the maintenance team is competent and extremely prompt. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, and the amenities are all well-maintained and truly added to the value of living there (especially the gym!). We will truly miss our years spent in this tranquil and well-run community!

My husband and I absolutely love living here. We have been here for a year and a half and our lease renewal just came through and there was not a doubt in our mind to renew. The staff is AMAZING and truly a big reason for us staying. Maintenance is incredibly sharp, attentive, and proactive (not reactive!) which is worth so much to us for peace of mind. The amenities and the building are not only great but EXTREMELY well maintained because the staff cares so much about the quality of their work. Thank you Brad and John for always showing up within 5 minutes of a service call and being so through with your work. Thank you Santeena, Jasmine, and Jacqueline for always planning such fun community events! The folks who work here are not just staff but they are friends. Our dog is so happy

I’ve enjoyed living in two different PANCO properties in the Chesco/Delco areas, both of which were well-maintained with reliable maintenance staff. Jasmine and Santeena are wonderful to work with and always make sure residents are taken care of!

This place is everything you need! Different types of apartments to choose from and a gym, pool, movie room, and common area for all to enjoy. Santeena is the most awesome person and she will take care of you. Have no fear if something is wrong, Brad and his team are there within 5-10 minutes after you put in your request and always find a solution. If you are looking for a place to live, look no further.

I just renewed my lease here at The Pointe, I love living here. Great location, great amenities, and great neighbors. The office staff is very helpful. I love the monthly social events they have. When Lexi asked me if I got a new dog, I responded that I was watching my mom's dog while she was in the hospital. She later followed up to see how she was doing and gave me something to bring home for her while she recovered. So nice! Great place to live.
