The Point at Tech Center

I've been living here for almost a year, and everything has been excellent from the start. I moved to Newport News for work from another country, and finding a good apartment seemed impossible and difficult, but since I arrived, I've been treated with such helfulness and friendliness; even all the paperwork was done fairly quickly, which surprised me. I've really enjoyed living here, the atmosphere is peaceful, beautiful, and always clean. Plus the walls are very quiet; I never hear strange noises from other apartments, and it's close to everything, and finally, the maintenance is perfect, if you have any problems, they resolve them quickly and efficiently. So, choosing this place to live has definitely been the best decision.

I’ve been living at The Point at Tech Center since the tale end of December 2022 when I relocated here from NM. Living here has been a nice experience with so many things centrally located around you & only takes five minutes to get to the interstate. Rent here is a decent price for the location. Jennifer has been a wonderful property manager & always happy to help & make living here comfortable for everyone. Alex is the best maintenance guy around. Always available when something needs attention quickly & always a smile on his face or a hand wave when you pass him on the golf cart. Good afternoon, The point at tech center is a wonderful place you want to start off at. The area gives more natural and an environment that you won’t forget. If you love nature then this is the place. Also we are around everything that you could think of. Just imagine that. The property manager Jennifer is also a great person when you’re trying to get some information; when you need clarity of that situation.

The team at the point has been nothing short of amazing. Jennifer is always there for you to help you with any questions, comments, or concerns. She is the best property manager I’ve had by far! Alex (Maintenance) is so helpful and super nice. He always is informative, knowledgeable, and kind about every issue that could possibly arise. I’ve been here for 4 years and it’s the best experience I could possibly ask for!

Jennifer , the property manager, was very helpful with all of my questions! Those first impressions are always important. I have truly enjoyed my time with this property. Beautiful property. I really love my home and very thankful for it. 5 stars ! And I mean it!
