The Point at Palm Beach Grove

We moved in January and have been very happy with the complex. Everyone in the office was helpful throughout the application process. It seems like they make a very big effort to keep everything clean and in good condition. The maintenance team is always around and very helpful if we need something. We like it here.

I’ve been a resident here for three years and honestly, this is one of the best properties to stay in. The staff is wonderful and very attentive to the needs of its residents. My biggest compliments go to Anthony in the maintenance team!! He’s always friendly and quick with requests. Also in the front office, Kempe!! He is always kind and patient. It’s important in this economy when you have to rent to feel valued

GREAT SERVICE! I I’ve had a couple of items that needed to be fixed, as is to be expected when you take possession of a new apartment. Giovanny, a shining star of a maintenance technician, was incredibly professional and kind! He was very patient and took the time to find the solutions to the problems I was experiencing. He fixed everything and I haven’t had any problems since! Kempes in the office was also very patient and helpful in making sure that I had my requests put in properly.

Went to see a unit on Friday and everything was so perfect. Kempes was great and helped as much as possible. The complex was having a move in deal if you apply within 48hours of viewing. I did the application the following morning but due to getting sick over the weekend, I didn’t get the chance to upload the photo of ID nor proof of income, but later that day got an email for a denial. I found that odd being that I didn’t get to upload the needed documents. In the email it mentions that the denial was for fraud alert and eviction, although neither my wife nor myself has any evictions nor credit issues. & I have been with my main job for 5years. I was advised by Kempes to call the third party they used for screening but the third party advised that the complex added information both incorr
