It’s close to a year, since I’ve been staying here! Cannot ask for a better place and better apartment management! Premises are super clean; management is very responsive and warm! Residents get togethers, which management organizes are definitely my favorite!! Eric Bordin, the apartment manager is the person we usually go to for all the queries and he is so helpful and super friendly! I would definitely continue staying here!!

My wife and I are very happy at The Point. We just signed our lease for our second year here and it's been all around a great experience. The Point is super clean, well maintained, and the management, especially Eric, is always there promptly for us if we need anything at all. The Point checks off all the boxes for us, and we are very appreciative of that.

I've been a resident since July 2024, and I'm writing to tell future residents that this is an excellent community to call home. It's clean and well-maintained, conveniently located near lots of stores and restaurants, and managed by caring people (Georgette and Eric are helpful and responsive to all needs). All of my maintenance requests have been swiftly taken care of by reliable staff. The apartment itself is very nice, with those little details that make it feel comfortable. Neighbors have been great. The hallways are always well-cooled with A/C, which I really appreciate on hot days. The (heated) pool is wonderful, and the lush pool landscaping makes it feel like a vacation escape. The gym is nice (plus Zoo Gym is within very short walking distance if you seek something more substant
