I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding the conduct and availability of our Leasing Office Manager, Kelsey. Over time, there have been repeated instances in which her interactions with both staff and residents have come across as rude and condescending. This behavior has negatively impacted confidence in management and has led to uncomfortable and unproductive experiences for residents who are simply seeking assistance or information. In addition to these concerns, the Leasing Office Manager is frequently absent from the office during regular business hours. This lack of consistent presence makes it difficult to obtain guidance and for residents to have their issues addressed in a timely manner. Amazing community here- I have had bad experiences with apartments in the area but living here has been the best one yet. Location is prime to the metro and the W&OD trail. You get the luxury of being super close to the city but still living outside of it. The best combo in my opinion. Maintenance crew here is also 10/10- amazing people, the apartment comes with its small minor issues as does any apartment, and they are always so quick to get those small issues fixed asap and were very willing to work with me to fix them even if I had a crazy work schedule. Cannot recommend them more! If you are on the fence of living here- do it!

Amazing property - got a chance to visit some friends and I received a tour of the complex and I absolutely fell in love with it. Got a chance to meet the Maintenance Manager Jose Urrutia and was astonished by his level of knowledge in the property and amenities - one of the best guys in the complex! Great hair too!

I've had a great experience living in this apartment building. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents.
