I’m disappointed from the level of luxury this place used to be when it was Grey star versus what it is now that Panco has taken it over. As a long time renter, knowing what the potential could be and once was is the most frustrating aspect. One being the windows. When my windows fail to close I’m told that it just may be that way to or slam them hard to shut it because the parts can’t be sourced to fix the true issue. My second complaint about the windows is that they have not been washed but one time in the 5 years I’ve been living here. I’ve asked every year multiple times over the last 3 years, making management and corporate management know about the filthy windows to be told it’s a next years project every time I ask, or that it’s not in the budget, or that the anchors on the roof ne

I had a tour today 1/27/2026 with Yulunda Dumas and I am absolutely impressed with the excellence customer service provided. The tour was thorough and although I was running a little late due to the snow, she took her time and I did not feel rushed. I even got to take my two Yorkies to the doggie park The building is new and modern and I am sure I will be very content once I move. Loved the Southview! No apartments in front of on me! The concierge even assisted me by phone step by step on what street to turn on because I got detoured due of the snow from my GPS. Great customer service all around!

Overpriced and Inconvenient – Location Is the Only Real Plus The only real pros of The Point at Eisenhower Square are the location and Kevin at the front desk, who is genuinely helpful and kind. Unfortunately, everything else is a letdown. There is no visitor parking—all guests have to pay. In my case, I’m having surgery and my mom needed to stay with me for a week to take care of me. I even offered to pay for a week-long guest pass, but management told me the only way to do that would be to sign a new lease (which they “would rather not do”). Instead, they advised me to pay the daily guest rate, which is significantly more expensive. That is honestly ridiculous and shows zero flexibility or consideration for residents. EV charging is another major issue. There are only TWO EV chargers

The apartments are nice enough. The cleaning staff is always working hard and the common areas are pretty clean in spite of the residents. The concierge are nice. The water pressure is pretty bad. Residents smoke all over the building and generally don’t clean up after themselves. I understand this is common with apartments, and you can’t stop humans from being selfish, gross, inconsiderate, or bad parents to their kids and dogs. I also know it’s not always an easy fix legally etc, but it is frustrating. They could do something more than emailing reminders of the rules that aren’t being followed. My primary issue is the parking situation and cost. If you have a two bedroom apartment with two adults who want to park one car each, the monthly cost is $300. We are not in a very busy happenin

The apt is ok..but the prices are not reasonable for a one bedroom. Also if you expect to use the 2 free EV chargers forget it. People stay parked past their limit..they get their in the evening an move the next day. There is no penalty or fine for that. I have to drive to other chargers pretty regularly just to charge my car. Lots of dogs..but it's quiet..also the rent goes up a lot at end of ur lease .
