Any time there’s a negative review that says the truth. Most of the time it gets deleted…. You don’t wanna live here. They worry about removing bad reviews then actually fixing things. The light in front of my apartment is yet to be fixed so it’s dark but they will mark it as completed. Building one has flooded multiple times and it took over a year for everything to be fixed. On top of that I heard, they didn’t even pay for people to stay in hotels. Saltwater pool isn’t really salt water lol. Dog piss everywhere.. the rugs in the hallways smell so bad and look at the picture i provided. When you call and say how are you they just say “I’m okay” very dry. No desire to talk. Uncleanliness is a major concern, but the front desk and maintenance don’t seem to care. (They replied to this review asking me to talk to them, but I *have* already talked to them over the phone, in person, and over email, and nothing has changed.) There is trash and dog poop everywhere, including on sidewalks and even inside the building. The front desk refuses to do anything about the waste, but don’t worry—they’re perfectly willing to try to fine residents up to $450 for putting trash in the trash area, which is also not being maintained. A literal rabbit foot was left beside an entrance for over a week. The snow clearing is a mess. The list goes on. As a recent former resident, I was thrilled with my experience at 3 North. The maintenance team, Bill and Matt, always came out quickly with any problems I had, and they were very personable while doing it. The landscaping is always beautiful, and it is a peaceful place to live. It was dog-friendly with a crisp dog park, and I always enjoyed walking my dog on property. Finally, the office staff always did whatever they could to help me. I've always had a wonderful experience at 3 North.

I’ve just moved in, and I’m so impressed with how friendly everyone is! Chelsea and Katrin are super helpful and welcoming as I settled in, and Bill was quick to lend a hand with a little hiccup I had. Plus, the common areas are always spotless and smell amazing, and the landscaping is just gorgeous!

⭐️ 1 STAR – DO NOT MOVE HERE Let me be very clear: you do NOT want to live here. The amount of positive reviews is baffling and honestly feels misleading. Right off the bat, the marketing is dishonest. The so-called “saltwater pool” is NOT saltwater. Anyone familiar with actual saltwater pools can tell immediately. False advertising at its finest. The amenities are a joke. Two grills for an entire massive community, and they are almost always filthy. Trash near the amenities overflows regularly, especially in the summer, and just sits there. The dumpsters are a constant disaster. They get so overfilled that trash piles up around them, and pickup takes forever. Instead of fixing the issue, residents are basically expected to store trash inside their apartments until management and the t
