The Point Apartments

They're old buildings and they are putting new appliances in them some have them already My one bedroom does. But they're cleaning crew doesn't do a thorough job inside the drawers and cabinets. They were kind of nasty on the inside. And there's a smell but it's not overwhelming and I can take care of it. There is no way to raise the blinds in living area just close them don't know why that is. You have to request pest control in order for them to come they don't do it on their automatic basis they come every 2 weeks and you have to request when they come to have them do your apartment cuz they don't automatically do all the apartments I would recommend you do that because their old buildings in roaches can become a big problem.The outside porch light doesn't work the light over the stove

Lived here for 3 years, has gotten terribly worse since, and that’s considering there was a shooting within the first 2 months we lived here due to noisy “neighbors” and no working laundry or fitness center despite advertisements. When we moved in the carpet was coming out of the floor, the counter tops had burn stains, other parts of the apartment not put together well. Every time someone would move out (frequently) there’d be construction, fumes, etc. with no warning. No AC filters are given out though they claim they are, which drives the electricity bill up. We currently have had an issue with neighbors thudding to the point where I no longer sleep in my bed or spend time in my room. After sending audio recordings and emails for over 3 months nothing has been resolved. On top of that t

I been dealing with a broken AC since May. They fix it and breaks again, and then they installed a new AC unit that within a week broke again. They haven’t showed up for two weeks and I been living in horrible conditions my apartment is 90 degrees and I have a baby. They gave me a portable AC unit for one room as if being in one room will solve the issue. I can’t use the apartment, I can’t cook, I can’t do anything. They do not want to hire people that actually know what they are doing and I’m tired of chasing her around to get someone to come fix this. So disappointing and frustrating.

Be careful of a scam they do at the Point. They will send you pictures of a remodeled apartment, take your deposit and then when you arrive to pick up a key the manager Christina says she made a mistake and that one is unavailable. The one she now shows you is moldy and smells of smoke. When you decline that one she agrees to refund your deposit. That was 8 months ago. She will not return calls and there is NO email on the website. The management company has no emails listed either. And all calls go to full voicemail boxes. I cannot imagine any company would be so poorly run so it must be a scam. EDITED to add as of March 2026 they have never reached out to us nor have they sent us our $500 refund. I have been at Rocky Point apartments for over 9 year. Tiffany the property manager has went above and beyond during my 9 years here. She is always friendly, kind , and understanding. BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A PROPERTY MANAGER AND THUS APPARTMENT LIVING EVER. The grounds are beautiful with a pond and a fountain. DOG FRIENDLY BUT ALWAYS CLEAN GRASS. ALMOST EVERY MORNING I see someone cleaning the grounds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO CALL HOME As long as Tiffany is the property manager here, Rocky Point is the place to live for me and my family. (she has been a staple and a permanent fixture at Rocky Point even before I moved in 9 years ago!)
