The Plantation Apartments

I currently live at the apartments and I have been asking since I’ve moved in for my mail key. When I first moved in I had different landlords who I would call for my mail key. Continuously they told me that they would provide me with one but I still have not received one. 3 months go by and I have new landlords. I go to the office for a mail key and still two months later, many phone calls and going to the office I have not received a mail key. Some might say oh it’s not a big deal. But I have plenty of important documents in my mailbox that I need. If it wasn’t for it being against the law I would’ve been broken open the mail door. This is not a good place to live. You have guys out there hanging around, and it is obvious what they are doing. It may be a while ago what happened to me. But I got robbed at gun point, and the manager did not care. No surveillance camera or nothing. But now they way want to have a camera. This is not a good place to live smh

Before I didn't agree with bad reviews of this place, but they need to work on completing work orders in time, if they want to stay open with proper clients. For the price it is very spacious, the only positive, but that doesn't mean they can neglect their tenants issues: mold, leaks, broken items, no security lights to name a few. Rent at your own risk.

My family has been living here for almost 3 months now. Yet still haven't gotten a single repair Mainly the fact that there isn't a cord on our stove. So can't cook with small children and now they are trying to evict us after only being a month behind I don't understand this. I've tried the office twice since the eviction was just brought to my attention. I'm so upset with this whole situation mostly because we just waiting for tax refund. Was planning on paying rent n advance for next few months but now Idk what to do? Any suggestions?

The neighborhood upkeep is lacking. Their trash dumpsters are horrendous to see as they're always overflowing and trash is all over the ground around the site. The landscaping could be better manicured. The neighborhood has a distinct odor.
