Ian was amazing to work with when I went to look at the property. He really went above and beyond. I set a move in date for 2 days after I turned in the application. He made sure I had my answers in time, even though it was so quick. Then I ended up having to work later that day so he had to change the move in paperwork for a different day. (5 stars for him, 2 stars for me as an applicant). When I got the apartment I had some concerns and I let Christine the manager know. She was very quick to look into my concerns and address them. I appreciated the quick response time, and the reassurance that everything checked out. She had the items I was concerned over taken care of immediately. I’ve really enjoyed living at The Place at Sonoran Trails. The complex is clean, quiet, and the pool area is seriously one of my favorite parts—always well-kept and a great place to relax. What makes this place even better is the staff. Vu and Ian are awesome—super helpful and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. If you’re searching for a comfortable, friendly apartment in North Phoenix, I’d definitely recommend The Place at Sonoran Trails.

Ian is a phenomenal leasing agent. He answered every question we had over the phone and in person during the tour. Every time we called since with follow up questions (including adding a pet when we already completed the lease without a pet) he always answered the phone, walked us through every step, and was always pleasant to talk to. His willingness to help, responsiveness, and availability made the leasing process pleasant and painless!

Ian is a pleasure to deal with very very friendly and professional he help us through every aspect of our move and the gentleman dresses with respect and class a way when I was in business was taught to dress he all around a great guy thank you agripina and Douglas p.s and the development is beautiful

Been living here for a few months now and absolutely love it. The office staff is fantastic and always willing to help with any problems we’ve had. It’s especially nice to finally live in a place that ACTUALLY updates and maintains the property and amenities on top of great community events. I wish I could leave a bad review to keep this place from becoming too popular but that just wouldn’t be fair to them 😂
