The Pines

I love living here. The grounds are well kept. The lakes are teaming with ducks, and turtles. There's a nice walking path around all three lakes with places to sit and enjoy nature. Maintenance has been responsive. My neighbors have been friendly. And the office staff have all been incredinly helpful. Martin was great to work with through the application process and the corporate team was flexible with me when my proof of income was taking a while. My apartment is spacious and it was clean when I moved in. The kitchen cabinets could use a renovation but it's not a big deal. Its even a great location. Not far from I4, 408, I drive and Millenia. 5 stars in my book

My move in was amazing and my time living at this property has been pretty much perfect. Maintenance responds so quickly, and office staff is on top of their game with whatever I need. Martin, Tee, Christian, and Mike are super friendly with my kids and my dog … lots of good energy and always treats for everyone 🫶🏽 If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Reyner from maintenance was very kind and professional. He fixed everything that needed to be repaired and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate his help and his good attitude. Thank you for the great service!
