The Pines at Warner Robins-MainStreet Management

(Currently a tenant for 6 months of my 12 month lease) Since day one (June, 2020) my girlfriend and I have been in constant disputes with the property managers of this apartment complex. Not only was the front-desk property worker late almost an hour to our move-in, he gave us the wrong mail keys, and: lied to me personally about washer/dryer hook-ups, lied to my girlfriend about telling me ahead of time that there was a miscommunication on the phone about said washer and dryer hook-ups. Upon moving in, we realized that the AC wall unit was strictly blowing out 82 degree air... in a Georgia Summer. Definitely the strongest and most honest property management company in Central Georgia. I've been through 3 others and Mainstreet Management is top notch. Most of all they are honest, don't lock you into contracts, and have exceptional communication. Thanks!

Nice complex, appears safe and clean.

Nice place. Quiet everybody knows everybody. Some areas cleaner than others but you canexpect that type of thing in any place like this you go due to the diversity of people living there. Its not bad at all.

Since active property management brought these apartments from the previous owners, it’s been horrible! They do not tend to the lawn, trash is everywhere, broken down furniture sits in front of people yards. Don’t waste your time renting from this company!! And they are not understanding people.
