The Pines At Tuttle Crossing

Genuinely a wonderful community to live in. Every single one of the office staff are incredibly kind and talk to you like you're an actual person and not just a rent payment. Maintenance is quick and responsive. Even the neighbors are all great and ready to lend a hand! We are so glad we live here! Surrounding area is safe and generally quiet. Walls aren't made of paper so you can't hear your neighbors either.

ATTENTION !!!!!!🛑🛑🛑 I had a terrible experience at this property because of the management, specifically ❌“Marci Buss”❌. She is incredibly rude and disrespectful when she talks to people. She always speaks down to others as if she thinks she is better than everyone, and I wish no one ever has to deal with that. What is even more telling is the environment she creates. You can clearly see that the other ladies working at the front desk seem uncomfortable with her being there. It is awkward to witness, and it explains why every single month, you see another new face at the front desks. The turnover is insane, and it is obviously because of her behavior. I have been living at the Pines for about a month now and so far I have loved it. The leasing office staff has been very helpful, friendly, and pleasent to work with. The maintenance team has been very friendly as well! The unit was very clean and looked just as advertised upon my arrival! The included appliances are reasonably new and all work well. So far the community has been very quiet, clean, and well maintained! If you are looking for a great place to live around the Tuttle West area I higly reccomend giving The Pines At Tuttle Crossing a visit!

I moved to the Pines 2.5 years ago. It's a beautiful community. The rooms are nice with tall ceilings and latest amenities. The road network and maintenance is good. Community has the ample amount of area between each building which gives lot of space for walking and hanging around. The community has a beautiful pond and open area for the kids. The society has grilling stations available to grill food outside.It has good pool to relax during summer. Maintenance and leasing staff are helpful and quick in their response. I would say over past 2.5 years I didn't face any issue with this community. Wonderful community to stay on!

Hi! I love this apartment complex! The leasing staff are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions. I looked at an apartment on Saturday, applied later that day and got approved on Monday! While the apartments can be expensive, the layout and sizing of the apartments are amazing! I got approved for a 1 bedroom apartment that is over 800 square feet (if you are someone looking for a 1 bedroom you know how difficult that is). Farah was the one who helped me! She was very kind, understanding, and informative. I’m excited to move in!
