The Pines at Ocala Crossings South

I am pretty happy with the construction of the home although when repairs are needed it is a bit timely also lawncare has been inconsistent in frequency and quality. Local staff is friendly and responsive with strong customer service oriented attitudes. Overall, this is a safe and friendly neighborhood for all families alike.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 months and I will say this is a fantastic community. Coming from a big city safety was a huge part of choosing to move and this community is extremely safe and friendly. Neighbors are great, no one bothers anyone. The neighborhood is very quiet which I love. The houses are nice, spacious and with a great sized back yard perfect for my puppy. The community is located near everything which was also a big plus. My leasing agent Jeannelys Torres is amazing and did everything in a timely manner and super smoothly. She’s very helpful with any question I may have no matter how small. The maintenance man has come to fix any little thing I’ve needed (nothing major) immediately. He’s great and really hardworking. Everyone working here is just super nice. I feel ver

We moved in December 1st, 2024 and it has been such an amazing, EASY move! The leasing office/manager and maintenance team are ALWAYS available and go above and beyond when there is an issue and I am beyond thankful to live in such a beautiful family friendly community run by such amazing staff!

Move in was a fairly smooth process. Being a new construction, there are some issue but they are getting worked out. The gentleman with maintenance has been great. Very quick to respond and assist with our needs.

The homes are beautiful although the management is off site they are always available and attentive to the residents needs. I love this community it’s always quiet and well maintained.
