After the new management took over, my situation took a bad turn. They unexpectedly charged me for rent that had been set to $0 in 2021, and didn’t mention it until 2025. I couldn't come up with the $3,800 immediately, and they suggested I seek help from local churches. They provided me with a list of places to contact, when I reached out and got partial payment from a couple different places to help my debt, they would not accept any form of payment towards it. I was only allowed to pay the $3800 or nothing at all. And I was given one month to do so. I was blindsided and did not have that $ in my account. As a result, they reported the $3,800 charge to my credit, despite the previous owners assuring me that my rent was $0. I can't understand how they managed to keep this information from

I have lived on this property for almost 7 years. It started great but with all the changes of management, this place has really gone down in the dumps. I had a fire in my ceiling in the main bathroom and it still has not been repaired. The damages from hurricane Harvey have still not been repaired. There are roaches in almost every unit. This property is poorly kept and maintained. If maintenance cant fix it, they dont. We rarely have hot water. This is definitely not a family friendly place, or a place i would refer any person to live. With about 90% of the property using or selling drugs, its not safe for my kids and I any longer. The saddest part about this place is there is nothing you can do about any of these problems because the property owners and management just dont care about t

I’ve lived here for many years. Recently Marie and Chris was removed after renovations. I received a notice on my door stating that I was 5 months behind on rent. Which is impossible because I have not been evicted. Instead of the new people going through all the files after the move from the storage office and finding my payments they are asking me to pay almost 3000 in rent that I’ve already paid. And the rent for October was paid while they were in office. DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place is DIRTY. Nothing is done to change it. Full of drug dealers. Likely your kid might be solicited by a neighbor these people are such degenerates. Management doesn't care. Roaches crawling on outsides of buildings because the people here are so dirty. Cant imagine what the inside of some peoples places look like. Everyone is rude and doesn't care about anything in the community, just self interest
