The Pierrepont

The Pierrepont is, in a word - fantastic. A family member has lived here for 2+ years, and my husband and I visit very often; we now know the staff and building management well and they are consistently warm, welcoming and consummate professionals. As someone who lives in another luxury building, I can say that this one tops the charts - it's immaculately maintained, the staff are quick to respond to needs and are very kind, and the facilities are excellent - from the gym to the lounge, courtyard, study spaces, and beyond. In particular, the rooftop has views that are so unreal, others think pictures are a product of photoshop. It gives our family such peace of mind to know that our family member is comfortable and proud of where she lives. Given her experience, we are moving into a Rose

One of the best things about life in the Pierrepont is the buildings staff, starting with the Resident and Community Managers, Concierges and Porters - all welcoming us into the family, no request goes without personalized response, no day goes without familiar salutations. Lovely! As to our apartment it has one of the best layouts, windows with multiple exposures and distinct city views. I wake up to the murmuration of the flying pigeons, back and forth, from one window to another, with the sun dancing around the rooms behind them from morning until dusk.

My daughter and I moved to The Pierrepont in the summer of 2020 to be closer to her school. It was a huge relief to be in a building that is so well-cared for, and where we felt 100% safe. Every member of the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Any minor issue in the apartment has been handled with grace and expertise within two hours or less. The amenities are actually lovely and useful, and extremely well-maintained. The apartments are well-constructed and very quiet, and the location cannot be beat! There is also a lovely community of tenants. We are so happy we found this great port in a storm!

146 Pierrepont is wonderful- amazing location right by the subway and lots of shops and restaurants. So many great people live in the building, but most importantly the staff is incredible. If ever an issue in the apartment, you will always get a response and help right away. They keep the building in tip top shape and always super clean. The doormen are also so great and so helpful with packages and other requests. Loved it here and sad to have to leave the building!!!

Pierrepont is a great place to reside the atmosphere is relaxed and calming and those who are employed here go over and beyond to verify that all is well. The amenities are top notch, the view from the rooftop is beautiful. Pierrepont is always maintaining cleanliness throughout the building and there are activities for the residents that are geared towards children and adults alike The community is great everything is within walking distance
