The Piazza Apartments are absolutely beautiful and incredibly well designed. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pools, fitness center, and shared spaces—and the overall atmosphere feels modern and vibrant. The Northern Liberties location is fantastic, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do just steps away. The property is very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the most impressive apartment communities in Philadelphia!

I’ve been living here for a few months now and have had a great experience so far. My unit was recently remodeled and everything has been in great condition with no issues. Hannah was an amazing tour guide—she was informative, welcoming, and gave great insight during the tour. The move-in process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Johnny Perez has been phenomenal and really helped make the entire experience positive. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here.

Pretty nice place to live but maybe not long term. Depending on what side you get, the view is nice. There are a lot of amenities to choose from like the gym and work areas at Alta. Sometimes it does get loud at night with the cars driving by and depending on what type of neighbors you have because the walls are thin. The concierges are nice and inviting take a really long time if something is broken in your apartment. I would recommend trying it out but it isn't for everyone.

Unit not cleaned nor repaired before moving in. Unfortunately after having possession of the keys for over a month, items in the apartment have still not been addressed. Even with emails, texts, phone calls and a walk-through I had to basically beg for, management remains mostly unresponsive and seems to reply only when they feel like it. I was ghosted by 3 management team members before getting 1 who responds sometimes (sometimes w chatgpt which is rude like read my whole email bro i know you see this) and gave me gift cards instead of getting the apartment fixed. I have sent photos of each issue and when once in a while a maintenance team member enters the apartment to “fix” something, they end up making it worse. They left a razor blade in my shower that fell near my feet during my show

I’ve been living at The Piazza for years and have experienced multiple management teams over time. Like any large residential community, there are occasional changes and adjustments, but overall it’s truly been a great place to live. One thing that has been consistently great throughout my time here is working with Johnny Perez. I’ve known Johnny and his family for many years, and he has always been incredibly responsive, professional, and reliable. Anytime I’ve needed assistance or had questions, Johnny has been quick to respond and follow through. He’s been a real asset to The Piazza management team, bringing strong communication, consistency, and a genuine care for residents. It’s clear he takes pride in his role, and that makes a big difference in the overall living experience.
