The leasing staff and maintenance team are awesome! Joel got us the apartment with everything we wanted, and Franky and Jose always do a great job with any maintenance requests. The community has definitely improved since we first moved in, and the team deserves a lot of credit for that..

We were having difficulty changing our AC filter due to the door it had prior and it was getting dirty quickly and The thermostat would change at any given time, even if we tried to reprogram it. I went ahead and put in a maintenance order and Franky did a really good job of replacing it with an accessible door instead! He also changed our thermostat to a brand new one. Franky made sure to ask if there was anything else in the apartment that he could assist with before leaving. Thank you Franky!

They had a pretty cool booth at a housing fair thing at my college. And the people were very nice. I already had housing figured out though, so it's 4 stars since I don't know anything about the buildings. But overall, seems like a pretty good place to live!

Previuosly these apartments were good. But now there are very worst because of very bad residents. The leasing office won't take any action on the bad residents. They try to take your situation into their advantage. Previously I used to refer my friends here but not doing so anymore. Just go to Airbnb rather than coming here. Don't waste your money. Also, the sounds are not just daytime foot traffic but running and jumping sounds with vibrations all round. I shared videos with high quality audio of size around 12.7GB. Be honest, don't do fraud. These apartment leasing office people collude with other residents to suck money out of your pockets. The leasing office people are arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. I hope their rudeness and arrogance will disappear soon. Come to these apartments
