Pete Cook is knowledgeable with 15 years of experience, thorough, and very easy to work with. His assistant, Amanda, is stellar, and as a former title company professional, kept us all on track for the schedule. We sold two condos and bought a new construction house through Pete. While every real estate transaction is a bit of a roller coaster experience, ours seemed to be particularly tumultuous -- dealing with a just settled construction defect lawsuit, flaky buyers, inspections, and the like.
