The Peri on Westheimer Apartments

I recently visited a friend who is staying at the apartment community and absolutely loved it. The property is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. After my visit, I toured the apartment with Alex, the Assistant Manager, and she was incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. We also spoke on the phone afterward, and she answered all my questions with care and patience. I’m excited to say that I will be moving soon! I truly appreciate Alex’s dedication and the wonderful job the management team has done creating such a beautiful and comfortable community.

From the first phone call to the in-person tour, Alex was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and promptly followed up on every detail I needed. The community is spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained, and the apartment layouts are adorable and well designed. You can truly see the care and professionalism that goes into making this a welcoming place to call home. I will definitely move here once my lease is up in a few months

For your own sanity, please do not move here. This is by far the most money-hungry apartment complex I have ever lived in. Ever since 29SC Living took over management, my experience went downhill. Management and communication are extremely poor. You have to send multiple emails just to receive one response. Staff are friendly in person, but they consistently fail to follow up or complete even simple requests. Trash frequently piles up in the back of the property, dog waste is left throughout the grounds, and there have been ongoing issues with theft in the area. The gates rarely stay closed for more than a week at a time. Due to the ongoing issues, I decided to move out. Then move out process was horrible.
