I toured this building a couple weeks ago. It was the most awkward interaction I've ever had with a "property manager." Was he filling in for someone? He spoke very little both on the phone and in-person. He did not even greet me when I arrived. He opened the door and had me follow him up the stairs. He showed me one apartment and didn't say much about it. He asked me if I liked it. We looked at another apartment. The way he would hold doors open for my partner or me was by holding his foot behind him to keep it open. I am completely capable of opening doors, and I tend to hold doors open for others even when I am the customer, but I am quite sure this isn't the level of customer service expected by the building owner. When we got into the elevator, I asked if there was a rooftop. He said

The property manager was very nice when I toured the property! The units I was shown were very clean and I am definitely looking forward to to using the upstairs BBQ Area!

I rented a studio apartment at Stream Belmont for a little more than a year. The location was pretty good, close to QFC in North Broadway, Capitol Hill, but very noisy - leaf blowers and trash trucks are constantly making terrible noise. The view of the Space Needle from the 6th floor was great. I was relatively happy with the experience, the original staff were great and seemed to be very invested in trying to create a welcoming, social environment for everybody who lived there. Unfortunately, as with most of these corporate-style apartments, the move-out experience seems to be a key profit generator for the companies running them, and despite only very normal wear and tear to the apartment, Pacific Crest and the newest member of the Stream Belmont staff are trying to keep my deposit A

Great apartment and building, really nice roof terrace with grill. It's very good for the price in this area One bad thing is that I had my bike stolen from the parking but the police got it back to me. I no longer keep my bike in the garage.

I really liked the apartment, it had both great view from the roof and it was located in the heart of Capitol Hill. Don't get me wrong, I am not posting this review about the building itself but i wanted to share my fair share experience with the management during my short stay in the building. I have never dealt with rude and unprofessional staff than Pacific Crestre Real Estate: My newly couch happens to have bed bugs and I mentioned to them that in the office a month prior of my move-out. No one came for inspection or anything until 4 days prior of my move-out where they kept calling back and forth about hiring a professional team to come and take the couch. I mentioned to the management that I can take care of the couch myself and have it removed by the end of the day. Well apparentl
