Although I was only at Meadow Crossing for a short time, I would like to put in a review for both Miss Toni and Miss Hope. The process of moving in and now the process of leaving my apartment was stress-free and handled with such professionalism by Miss Toni while at the apartment complex anytime I needed maintenance. Miss Hope was always right there immediately to fix any problem I had. To me they are a well oiled machine working side-by-side not only helping one another but also helping their tenants. I enjoyed my experience at Meadow Crossing and I am sad to leave, though my circumstances have changed. I would recommend to anybody who needs a place to live to come to Meadow Crossing. Do you all care about the safety of your elderly tenants? Security codes no longer work at the apartment complex in Wilson. I’m pretty sure you receive federal and/or state funding for some of the tenants and can afford to get this fixed.

This company is known for having property managers that are bullying their tenants. There are older people who are living in some of these apartments and these people are making their stay in the apartments very unpleasant. They are making unjustified claims against the elderly people that live in the apartments, constantly doing things to make the tenants uncomfortable, very nasty acting toward the tenants, and overall have terrible professionalism skills. There is no reason an elderly person with health issues should be going through so much to try to come up to their expectations and they lie to cover each other's tracks. I would not recommend living in apartments managed by them for anything in the world especially if you are elderly.

I live at Meadow Crossing Apartment and have been here for almost 10 years. In my years of living here we have had a few different maintenance and site managers. The two we have now go above and beyond to make sure that the property is in great condition (Hope and Toni). Every time it rains they both come no matter what time it is and make sure it doesn’t come into my apartment because my porch always floods no matter how hard it rains. My mother also stays out here in another apartment there was a situation where water came into he apartment from another unit and almost flooded her apartment. Toni and Hope both came. They both was out here helping clean the water up well after hours then had to turn around and be back in the morning. We are all grateful for both of them and the hard work

I live at Lanier Pointe II in Shelby, North Carolina. The problem that I see is somewhere between Raleigh and the Regional management level. I've dealt with three different Regional managers and two of them were snobby, condescending and disrespectful toward tenants... Including the current Regional manager who came in not too long ago for inspections. She never introduced herself and when I attempted to voice some concerns I have about not being given prior notice before someone enters my apartment, she basically shrugged it off condescendingly and told me that I live in low income housing. 1) This is income-based housing that rises steadily from year to year. 2) This isn't a ghetto where tenants are nearly completely subsidized. 3) Tenants should be treated with respect, dignity, appreci
