The Peach Atlanta

I am glad we selected The Peach as a residence for 1+years. The view is awesome. The fully furnished amenities are fabulous. And, we couldn’t beat the monthly fee, considering the all-inclusive nature of the contract and location. Ms. T, Mike and the entire management crew are responsive, approachable, and fair. If anyone is interested in location / accessibility, interacting with approachable / professional staff, residing in a clean/ quiet environment, at a not so expensive fare, then The Peach is worth giving a shot.

Unable to get ahold of anyone in the building to see where to park for future residents but, managed park and to walk in since the locked door was left slightly open in the front. The manager on site was very hospitable and professional. Showed both a studio and penthouse; very beautiful apartment complex!

I stayed at The Peach Atlanta for almost two years, and I really enjoyed my stay there. The unit I stayed in was very spacious and the floor to ceiling windows provided great views. The unit came with furniture, appliances, utensils, and even a smart TV, all of which exceeded my expectations. Noise was never really an issue from both other neighbors and street noise. Also, the unit was clean upon my initial move-in, and throughout my stay, pests were never a problem. A big factor for me when looking for a place to stay was safety. The Peach Atlanta requires a digital key to access the building, apartments, and the garage, so that was plenty for me. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months. The building is centrally located and easy to get to any major highway, midtown, or Buckhead. All appliances were in great shape and the apartment had everything needed. Communication with the property manager, Ta'Quiera, was smooth and easy. She was super helpful with my move-in and move-out. Highly recommend.

Been living here since 2022. Ta'Quiera is amazing and extremely helpful, friendly and kind and one of the reasons i decided to rent my apartment here. Her and the maintenance staff are really responsive to any issues you may have and are quick to resolve them. The apartment is great with all the modern furnishings and appliances. Would highly recommend checking out the apartments if you're looking for a short term or long term rental.
