The Pavilions

Been living here off and on for the past 6 yrs.. its been a great place to live… needed to transfer from a 2bdrm to a 3bdrm a couple weeks before the lease was up (last minute). Manager Robert Davis did an amazing job assisting me with this process. He went above and beyond his job requirements to make sure I received my keys in a timely manner due to my movers arriving early. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. Love the spacious floor plans and never had any major issues that wasn’t resolvable.

The property has developed a serious problem of homeless people stealing out of the mailrooms. Packages are constantly being opened and taken. In the picture I have included, you can see that multiple packages have been opened in order to steal the contents.

Robert is a great manager. He quickly addresses our needs and is very nice. He is easy to talk to. He is very compassionate and understanding and a great asset to the Pavillions. With management of this level I will not be moving any time soon. Maintenence is always quick to address requests as well, making all of our lives so much easier.

I’ve been living here since early 2025. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! During the scorching summer months, our apartment AC takes an HOURS to cool down. We’re forced to rely solely on all our ceiling fans to bring the temperature down to 72 degrees. Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you’re not home by 5 p.m., good luck finding a free spot. Ants infest our apartment, and the smell of marijuana at night is unbearable. It permeates the entire space. Packages are a constant problem. If you receive any deliveries in the mailroom, good luck finding them. I don’t understand why we’re paying for lockers when they’re always broken down. It seems like our own neighbors are the ones stealing our packages. I’ve had five packages stolen in the past six months, and despite complaining to the office, th

The community is nice. Staff friendly but communication is poor. You are charged monthly for Amazon lockers. To access the Amazon room/gym you need a key fob. I was told that I would receive a call on the day of moving in to issue it. I was not provided access to them until my 11th day of living here. I was not allowed access to amenities that’s included in my rent which is an issue. Majority of my items were outside of the lockers. My package had been opened. Some other resident packages were opened. My items were stolen. There is no way opting out, it’s required. I also put in a work order that has not been tended to. I’m hoping my experience here changes soon, but at this moment I’m disappointed.
