The Pavilions at South Fork

A really great place to live! I have lived here for the past 3.5 years and have had a great experience. Very nice and fairly large unit, the apartment complex is well maintained and very clean, maintenance responds in a timely manner to maintenance requests. The office staff has always been very pleasant to work with and very responsive to questions. Lots of great amenities with the pool and gym (which is recently updated). As others say, if you are a respectful renter, then landlords are easy to work with. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Moving to a new state so leaving now, hoping our new place is a nice as this one has been!

Awful experience after our final year living here the apartments are overpriced and outdated. There is something constantly wrong with the amenities here. The gym rarely had a cable machine to use and I haven’t seen the restroom for the gym open 1 time in 2 YEARS living here. The staff are nice and patient so not their fault just the management!!! and not enough parking spots the pool is dirty and hot tub never works. Plus there pool room you have to reserve up to like a week prior I tried to reserve it for an event at least 7 days prior to my event and never got a call back and they tried to charge me like $300 dollars to reserve a room with just a pool table in to for 2 HOURS money hungry management.

I’ve lived here going on 3 years and I absolutely love it. The office staff have been friendly, helpful and understanding which I totally appreciate. Service calls are far and few between but anytime I’ve had one they are fixed immediately. I feel safe because it’s a gated community and it’s also very quiet. My apartment is a one bedroom, an office, washer and dryer in the unit with an attached garage for a reasonable price but the convenience of having everything at my disposal is a plus.

I’ve been living at The Pavilions for about 4 years now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is super convenient and the property is kept in pretty good shape. Maintenance usually gets things taken care of. The amenities such as the pool and gym are nice to have. Neighbors have mostly been friendly and respectful. For the most part, it’s been a comfortable place to live and I’ve been happy calling it home these past few years.

Move in process was easy. Application and checks were a breeze and move in day was smooth. Thank you to Alyssa and everyone in the leasing office for making great first impressions!
