The Pavilion at North Grounds Apartments

I’ve had a really solid experience living here. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient. Management has been responsive and helpful whenever something came up, which made living here pretty stress-free. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

The pavilion is a great place to live with plenty of benefits. The staff is very friendly and the building is amazing. I was surprised when I got my renewal offer and my rate was lower than last years! The property has so much to do. There are ping pong tables, a pool, a gym and many other great amenities. I love how close the Pavilion is to everything too. The proximity to campus and barracks is very convenient.

Pavilion was a big upgrade from the dorms the full size washer and dryer is just what I needed. I was also able to choose my own roommates. I chose the fully furnished option and was surprised it was offered for no additional cost. The maintenance team is awesome and very attentive, my work order was completed the same day. I did not bring my car this year but Pav is located near 2 grocery stores and several of my favorite restaurants.

The Pavilion at North Grounds is a solid place to live, especially if you’re a UVA student. The location is super convenient for North Grounds and nearby shops and restaurants. The location and amenities make it worth considering you can still access get to campus fairly easy by the bus system.

These apts are great! Lots to do and right at the heart of Charlottesville and UVA. You can walk to stores and even JPJ on a path. The staff is fabulous and knowledgeable, especially Noah. You won’t be disappointed!
