The Parks of Belleville

I recently decided that I wanted to move closer to my job and was very anxious about having to go through the stress of applying to a new place, moving in, etc... When I met Terri and Randi, they made the application process and move in process so smooth and easy. They are always in contact with me and always able to answer all my questions via text or call and have been extremely patient with me throughout the process. Moving can be very stressful but these two have done an amazing job of making moving less stressful and a lot easier!

I have nothing against anyone or any management company but keeping my whole fee even though the tenant was living in there up until maybe a few days after I decided I didn’t want to stay. There is crazy work, but I hope you guys enjoy the $200. it’s never that serious Just very disappointing.😭 quality over quantity. I already had made peace with it specially, no washer and dryer was really a deal breaker for me. I like my privacy i thought i could do it but nah. Only saving 200 a month and sacrificing convenience and privacy

Maintenance is on top of their jobs. Grounds are always beautiful and clean. The property manager Terri is always available to listen and help! Love the area as well!

*Photos to come!* The experience so far has been incredible. From talking to Randi over the phone, to touring the apartment with Terri, property manger, has been the best experience yet. Have been renting for 3 years now, and this is yet one of the best apartment complexes I have been to. Terri has been very transparent with be about the whole process and was able to accommodate me with everything I was looking for. Even the "standard" unit has been greatly taken care of. This rental facility deserves the whole 5 stars!

Nothing luxury about these apartments. The office staff are passive aggressive hypocrites. You will constantly get notices about rules that they break themselves. You often find their cars parked right outside the office in the fire lane as well as their dog running without a leash. The office is closed most of the time and maintenance takes multiple tries to fix anything. The gym has old equipment with notes on the weights not to adjust them. They do not keep the pool clean if you want to swim you will take an hour skimming off the bugs and leaves.
