The Parkland at Orange Park

Im grateful to have a place to live but I wish I was able to see the place 1st. There is bad wood all throughout. I mentioned it... but did not hear back. Im going to make sure my rent is paid on time but I still feel it is not right because rent is the same price whether its tore up or not. I just recommend seeing the place before you get yourself locked into a lease

UPDATE: The Property Manager took care of us quickly and efficiently. He listened to our concerns and helped us move into a new home that was clean, move‑in ready, and completely bug‑free. Once he became aware of the situation, he acted promptly and made sure we were supported through every step of the transition. I sincerely appreciate the effort he put into resolving the issue and ensuring we had a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am grateful for his professionalism and responsiveness, and I’m looking forward to making new memories in my new home.

After raising concerns about the condition of my daughter and her fiancé’s previous unit, he immediately took our worries seriously and acted with urgency. He located a clean, roach‑free apartment and facilitated a smooth transfer into a unit that is both comfortable and sanitary. What truly stood out was his accountability, calm demeanor, and genuine care for the residents. Issues can happen in any community, but the true measure of a Property Manager is in how they respond — and he demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and compassion throughout the entire process. i submit work orders and i get 0 response. the light switch hasn't worked for 8 months. if you don't have in unit washer/dryer the system is criminal. about $3 per wash and dry and one third of the time the dryer won't even work properly. they made a key card to even get in the laundry room. every where i've ever been you always get two cards in case one is lost. not after payed $8 i was locked out of the laundry room. they make people feel like roaches or cattle. the trash system is beyond ridiculous. they expect people to put their trash outside a door a pay someone to grab it and move it 35 feet. what happens it's you get a bunch of your neighbors trash in front of your door. i hear neighbors getting roaches. i see light through my front door my electric bill is through the roof. Hilary helped me from start to finish, she was kind and professional and with every concern stepped up to make sure it was handled it immediately. She played a huge role in my decision to rent a this place. I looked at every apartment complex within 10 miles and she made me feel wanted and not like a sale.
