The Park on Windy Hill Apartments

I have been moved in for about 3 weeks now, but I must rate my experience. Melody Melody Melody was phenomenal. Melody warm and friendly demeanor made me feel instantly at home. Melody provided an enthusiastic and welcoming, yet professional, tour. Wanting to move quickly, melody was highly responsive, keeping me updated promptly during the application process. Throughout the tour, she complimented my cologne fragrance countless of times. Because she was so awesome, and being Memphis is the only place my cologne is found, I made a special trip for her to get the female form of the fragrance. (Also to restock myself) Thanks for your hospitality Melody!!

I’ve been living here for about 9 months and it was alright at first, but the roaches and water issues are ridiculous. The hot water rarely works It runs hot for about 5 minutes before running cold. we have complained multiple times. the only response we have gotten is that the boiler is shared between all the units and there’s nothing they can do. The water also gets turned OFF unexpectedly fairly often. they never send a warning or communicate anything. It’s usually off for a long time and after it comes back on it’s very dirty and has to run for about an hour to clear up. the overall quality of the units are poor. the dirt and debris from previous tenants gets painted over, the floors aren’t level, you really get the landlord special here. it’s absolutely not worth the price. edit: wer

I must say, from the very first day I inquired about staying on this property, Ms. Melody King has been exceptional. She has been extremely helpful with every question I had and took the time to thoroughly educate me about the property. Her professionalism, kindness, and clear communication made this transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend others to with her.

I lived at Windy Hill Apartments in Marietta, GA for about four months. This review reflects my personal experience during that time. The property itself looked nice and the surrounding area was convenient, but I experienced several issues with maintenance, pest control, and communication. At move-in there were roaches present in the unit. Pest control was requested, but the issue continued during my tenancy and was still present when I moved out. Several maintenance issues were documented at move-in, including closets that did not function properly, a balcony railing that did not appear securely fastened, and kitchen appliance problems. The dishwasher was never used because water from the kitchen sink would back up into it, leaving dirty water inside. Maintenance drained it once but the u
