The Park on 57th Avenue

was resident of the Park on 57th for a year.. I have experienced harassment from security disloyalty from the management.. We have had several management leasing ladies since I moved in a new one every other month.. None of them keep notes on the residence so they never know anything.. They have stolen my security deposit.. I have been contacting them and I have been waiting on Rosa to call me back I dont know Rosa she started the day I moved out.. Tiffany moved me in and quit the next day.. Tell you about ppl right one of the ladies sent a letter saying if we dont pay for a gate key you will be locked out of the complex.. She quit thr next month after she stole everybody money.. They have no record on your key information. Sad.. Im contacting and attorney now I wish could negative this s

Patty has been a great help to my family! Definitely a nice, positive change to management. She was very helpful with assisting in my lease renewal and has been the best property manager by far in all the two years I’ve lived here. Looking forward to a better 6 months under better management finally!!

I very pleased with the new manager. Her professionalism and her passion is showing with how the property is becoming a more pleasant place to live. The grounds have been clean all in all quite a breath of fresh air. Hopefully it stays as it is now.

Honest Review. They worked hard to get us in as fast as possible considering our last 2 rentals from other places fell through. I wish there had been a 2 room available at the time but the 1 bedroom apt is pretty spacious. Galley kitchens are harder for me to navigate with my disabilities so that's the real reason this isn't a 5 star. No bugs so far, let's be honest i was terrified it was going to be a roach or bed bug hotel situation. I've heard so many horror stories from apt complexes this is my first time living in one. I've had a couple things come up, due to age of apt and previous tenants. But as soon as I let them know they send someone right over to deal with it. Domingo is awesome! This complex is horrible they don't and won't fix your Ac no matter how much you complain. The floor boards are week and the creek along with the stairs. The office lady is sweet and she is really cleaning the complex up, but whoever owns this complex is a scumbag for not fixing the AC. They need to be reported to the Housing Authority right away.
