The Park at Via Veneto Apartment Homes

We just finished our lease after almost two years. For months, we lived with a broken bathroom sink while waiting for its replacement. When the kitchen countertop was changed, they left a hole in the wall and never completed the installation of the garbage disposal. We were always told that these issues would eventually be fixed. Now, after turning in the apartment in perfect condition, without the slightest damage, they withheld part of the security deposit for alleged damages and deep cleaning. They claim that it is not enough for the apartment to be clean and tidy, but that you must also provide proof that a professional cleaning service was hired. Honestly, I am very disappointed. As a tenant, I feel there is no way this is a fair treatment. The tenant ends up being the one affected.

I'd like to give a big thank you to Regina in the leasing office. She had an excellent customer service very Lively and personable I believe you would love this place guys!! The new management for this property seems to be amazing!!

I visited Park at Via Veneto on 12/27/25 Mr Cal was amazing, he did a excellent job as far as customer service, he went over with me about my options about the 2/2 he was just great that's all I gotta say about that. Well I am back with the update, I finally moved in, I have a nice 2/2 thanks to Mr Cal Walters the leasing Agent, he went up and above for me and really appreciate him assisting me all the way because I was like a child that needed my hand to be held during this process and Mr Walters did just that If you want a leasing agent who will listen to you and get your paperwork right Mr Cal Walters is the Agent you need to go see he is good, honest and professional you let him know that Michelle sent you and he will get you together I promise he will now don't forget his name it's

Had an issue with my AC unit leaking and Daniel and Greg responded immediately. They were so professional and worked efficiently with great communication! The issue was resolved within an hour and they even did additional maintenance on my balcony which I had not realized. Would 100% recommend them to anybody and look forward to any future interactions with them!!

I moved and came back to via Veneto and I worked with La'Shaunda "Candi “ She works fast and has patience to answer all questions. she took me on a tour this time before I leased, the last time I saw pictures and prayed before I moved in the 1st time. Still loved my place and that’s why I came back omg I have a fully renovated 1 bedroom medium and before signing my lease Candi walked the unit with me and and yes I loved it. She was so very nice and love her personality! Come and get you one of these one bedrooms!
