The Park at Three Oaks Apartments

We just moved to Wilmington, and we feel so welcome at The Park at Three Oaks. Cathy, Sadie, and the maintenance team are all very kind and helpful. My English isn’t very good, but they’ve been so patient and supportive, helping me a lot. Choosing The Park at Three Oaks was the best decision for our family. Living here feels safe, comfortable, and really warm.

I love this apartment complex! I just renewed my lease. I have not had any major issues with the apartment, just little things here and there, and the maintenance team are always on it! The staff and neighbors are super friendly. They host events each month, bringing the community together. My dog loves walking to the office for a treat! The amenties are on the smaller side, but no issues. The grounds are well kept, and they spray for bugs often. I feel safe here, and the complex is pretty quiet for being off of Market Street. A great place to call home! :)

We have been living at the park at three oaks for a month now and it has been great. The neighbors are friendly and the community is very clean. Sadie and Cathy were so friendly and made the move in process super easy. The tour showed us exactly what the layout of our unit would look like. We were even able to view the different upgrades on a video which made the process even better. There were no hidden fees and everything that is needed to be paid was told to us upfront. Lastly, Aaron and Fabian from maintenance came and fixed our sink quickly and were respectful of our space while they were working.

Absolutely hands down the best place I've ever rented anywhere across the country. Seriously. They stay super on top of anything brought to their attention, the office ladies and maintenance guys are friendly. The apartments are very cute and well-maintained and in two years I've never heard a neighbors noises. They always have some fun community-thing going on here that even an extremely-introverted person like myself has found interest in. It's a smaller community so it's got a very cozy vibe.

Cathy and Sadie are the friendliest staff ever! Maintenance is awesome too and the staff here really goes above and beyond for their residents!
